Real Redemption exists for those who want to conquer the “demons” that won’t let them have a moment’s peace. It is an ongoing opportunity to become more like Christ, even before a person has committed to Him. Discipleship begins when a believer in Christ meets someone who has yet to receive Him.

Many who struggle with emotional wounds seek healing in various ways.  Some of them are addictive and destructive.  Regardless, many are held in the bondage of shame.

Real Redemption offers freedom from that shame and healing that only begins and ends with Jesus Christ.  That is why He is our primary value.

And speaking of values, the following four values guide Real Redemption (as well as complement the values of Living Faith Church):

AUTHENTICITY: You can’t change what you won’t acknowledge. Being true to yourself and honest with others is necessary in redemption.

ENGAGEMENT: Positive change doesn’t happen by chance. You must intentionally participate. Engaging in worship, support groups, and mentoring are prerequisites to real redemption.

SERVICE: Addiction and emotional struggles thrive in an ego-centric mindset.  Serving others creates new neuropathways of connection and community, guarding against self-destructive choices.

JESUS: Jesus is the key, and only, ingredient in our pursuit of wholeness.  No other strategy or value works without Jesus in the center of it all.

The flow of Real Redemption begins and ends on Sunday.  Specifically, it starts on Sunday night…

In addition to the flow of healing, learning, and discipleship, we will offer opportunities for service. The first service project will be to hand out invitations to Real Redemption during the second or third week of October. Additional service projects will follow each month.

Therefore, it would be awesome to have fellow servants choose to serve as leaders for some of these very important Kingdom-focused assignments:

·       Service Project Director

·       Sunday Night Meal Coordinator

·       Worship media operator

·       Worship creative team members

·       Small group leaders

·       There will be more….

Our soft start will be Sunday, September 21. We will begin with a meal at 5:30 p.m. and then have a brief worship service in song and devotion. We will conclude with a nice seasoning of prayer over all that God desires us to accomplish through Real Redemption.

Our official start is Sunday, October 5, at 5:30.
